Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

Eggs & Muffin ships:

-Locally within Singapore

-Internationally 

All orders are fulfilled via tracked delivery services by Singapore Post (“SingPost”).


2. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

-All local and international orders are shipped using SingPost tracked services

-A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch

Express Shipping (DHL)

-DHL express shipping is available upon request. Please email shopeggsandmuffin@gmail.com to obtain a shipping quote before placing your order


3. Processing & Dispatch

-Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days upon payment confirmation

-Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day


4. Delivery Timeframes

Singapore (Local Orders)

-Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch

International Orders

-Asia Pacific: 4–12 working days

-Rest of the world: 5–20 working days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance and local postal services.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

-Parcel weight and size

-Destination country

-Selected shipping method

Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or quoted separately for DHL shipments.


6. Duties, Taxes & Incoterms

All local and international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. All import duties, taxes, and customs charges imposed by the destination country are borne by the customer

8. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete.

Eggs & Muffin is not responsible for:

-Delays caused by courier services or customs clearance

-Lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses


9. Failed Delivery / Returns

-Parcels returned due to unsuccessful delivery or incorrect address may incur redelivery charges

-Re-shipment will only be arranged after confirmation and payment of applicable fees
