FAQ (Shipping, Returns & Refunds)

1. Can I amend or cancel my order?
Yes, please contact us via email.

2. How long is processing?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation.

3. What shipping method is used?
All standard orders are shipped via tracked services by Singapore Post.

Delivery timelines:

  • Singapore: 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • International: 4–20 working days depending on destination

4. Alternative shipping method?
Upon request, we can ship your order via DHL Express. Customers must email us for a quote before placing an order.

5. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Returns and refunds are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Please submit your claim and an unboxing video to shopeggsandmuffin@gmail.com. All refunds are assessed on a case by case basis.

Submission timeline:
All claims must be submitted within 5 days after the goods are delivered. 

Conditions where refunds will be rejected:

  • Late requests

  • No unboxing video

  • Wrong item ordered

  • Manufacturing imperfections that does not affect functionality

  • Damage caused after delivery

Refund method:
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method only.
